Returns
All returned items will require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will
supply this RA# to you when you contact us about returning an item. Items
sent to us without this information will not be accepted and will be returned to
you by the shipper. This RA# helps us process returns and assures prompt
attention to all items.
To obtain a RA# please email us at sales@wpmaxwell.com
and please include:
Make and model of the product
The purchase date,
The auction number
Your auction ID
What the nature of the problem/reason for return
If the reason for your return follows the guidelines of
our return policy listed below, we will then issue an RA# and give you the appropriate
address for your return.
Return Policy Guidelines
- Item needs to be shipped back within 10 days
after receiving item
- Item needs to be in the new condition (no
scratches or marks) it was received in and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING,
otherwise there will be a 25% restocking fee
- We will refund you the amount of the item
only. All original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount
- You, the buyer, will pay the shipping cost to
return the item
- We do not refund the shipping cost incurred
to ship the item to you originally
