Warranty claims may be made directly with us. Although you may deal directly with the manufacturer on warranty claims, we provide this service to ensure you receive only the highest quality customer support.
Please send us an email and include: Contact us at sales@wpmaxwell.com with all of the appropriate information to obtain an RA#. We will contact you with a return authorization (RA) number that you will need to put on the outside of the shipping box you are sending your item in. Please note that the return address is different than our payment address - we will give you the return address with your RA#. |
